My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Teddy is a neutered, 8-year-old Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix male that came in with his dad & 4 other siblings after his owner suddenly passed. He does get along well with other small dogs. His most favoritest place to be is right next to you, gazing longingly into your eyes. He is the biggest love sponge & wants to be your bestest boy. Do you love hanging out at home, watching movies or reading? Teddy will be right next to you, keeping a close watch on you to make sure you are safe.

Interested in learning more about Teddy or want to be considered to be his furever family? Please fill out the application so we can get to work on our end to see if we can make a match.

Adoption radius is 250'ish miles from Jacksonville, FL. All other pets must be spayed/neutered & on heartworm prevention.

Additional adoption info

In order to ensure a perfect match, we screen all adoption applicants. We require anyone wanting to adopt to complete an adoption application and we check personal and vet references. Final step before files goes to the Adoption Committee for review is to conduct a home visit with all members of the potential adoptive family. Fees for adoptions vary based on whether the dog's purebred, the age and health status of the dog. Contact us via email and we will send you our Adoption Application and tell you a little more about the dog you're interested in adopting!
