Meet Jackson! Jackson is about 7 months old, 42 lbs, and he is a mutt! He was found wandering with a badly injured leg that needed to be amputated. In his foster home, he is doing excellent with his house-training, does not enjoy being in the crate and is learning leash-walking. He could go to a home with respectful kids, and other dogs. Cats are unknown.
His foster says, "Jackson is the sweetest most loving cuddle bear ever. He loves playing as much as he loves cuddles on the couch. Jackson has overcome many physical adversities for such a young guy but his spirit has remained high. Everyone that meets him falls in love with him and he never meets a stranger. He is a gentle soul who loves to be with his humans. He would do well in any family. Jackson is learning to navigate his new life as a tripod and is looking for a family that will give him the attention and love that he has longed for. He is a very special boy."
