My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cleo is the sweetest cat who has not had the best time in her young life. Originally found and adopted with her sister, they had a close bond and lived together in a household with two huskies (she had a good relationship with the dogs and has gotten along just fine with other cats/animals). Her owner unfortunately fell on hard times and had to move into a small space and both dogs and Cleo and her sister were kept in one room together in separate cages, only coming out sporadically and not receiving consistent feedings/cleanings. Eventually, her bonded sister passed from severe anemia and malnutrition but luckily we were able to rescue her just in time and got her to a vet. She was screened for any major diseases, vaccinated and, while anemic, was cleared and sent home with instructions to be given a bath and eat plenty of food. Since being brought in to our home, Cleo has gained plenty of healthy weight and looks like a completely new cat.
