Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Honey belonged to a homeless man who was squatting in an abandoned property in the city. She and another female dog named Mocha were living the lives of strays, running loose, having many litters of puppies, then raising those puppies feral to wreak havoc on the public. We were able to negotiate the surrender of Honey, Mocha, and Mocha's puppy so that we could adopt them into homes and spayed!
Honey is a versatile dog. She is sweet and gentle, but also playful and loves to adventure. Her smile is infectious, and there's no way to walk by her kennel without smiling and saying hello to her excited wiggle-dance.
The adoption fee of $130 covers the cost of parvo/distemper and rabies vaccinations, as well as microchipping, deworming, heartworm testing, and spay/neuter surgery. Call the Jasper Animal Shelter at 409-383-2220 for any further questions. Thank you!
