My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We bought shadow from a family friend who’s dog had just had puppy’s, the mother was believed to be pure breed Cane Corso with no papers and the father was a pure breed Cane Corso with papers. We got shadow with the intentions of him having a good life on our five acres in Florida. Soon after getting settled into our new home shadow was out in the yard when a cottonmouth snake wandered into our fenced yard where the kids and him were playing. He fought off the snake and was bitten in the process, he received life saving measures. After about a week he was able to return home from the emergency vet and recovered completely. Due to a family emergency we had to return back to Colorado and unfortunately are not able to find a place we can have him. He does wonderful with kids, we are unsure about other pets. He had no problems with our small dogs that he grew up around. He does not do good around small livestock like chickens or piglets. Please help us find shadow a loving stable home.
