I am a Labradoodle that's guesstimated to be about 1.5 years.old. I was picked up as a stray in the Orlando area with what is believed to be my brother, Ranger. The fosters tried so hard to find our owners, but nobody came for us, so they reached out to Love4Paws to help us find new homes!
While I love my brother (we love to play), I am not bonded to him and can be adopted independently. I would like to have another young high energy dog in the home though, or else an opportunity to play with other dogs off leash a few times a week to help burn my energy.
Admittedly, I do not have the best manners. I don't remember my previous owners, but they did not spend any time training me. But I am super sweet and anxious to learn boundaries and commands. I just don't know any yet. Because I love other dogs and people so much, I have learned how to climb 5' fences. So I can only go to a home with no fence, or one that is a privacy fence with vertical slats (no horizontal) for me to be able to climb.
I am housetrained and crate trained, and walk well on a leash. I would make a great addition to a family looking to add a young, active dog to their home, but with the understanding that I do have grooming requirements to keep my beautiful coat in tip top condition.
