This sweet girl is one year old. She is looking for a quiet home with no dogs. She absolutely loves to be picked up & held. Or lay on your lap. She likes to sleep in bed with her humans. She is spayed, utd with shots & deworming. Tasha is FIV positve/ FeLV negative. She can absolutely live with other cats that are not aggressive. Local Whiskers Inc. was established in March 2019 to rescue, treat, and find forever homes for at-risk cats found outside in York County and surrounding areas. We are a foster-based rescue with loving and knowledgeable cat ladies spread throughout the county answering the call to help local kitties and bring them into our homes until they are adopted into their purrfect family! We are firmly committed to spaying or neutering all pets, and we assist in TNR projects for community cats. We are deeply grateful for community support, including donations, adoptions, and fostering!

All of our adoptable cats are FeLV/FIV tested (if six months), up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, flea treated, and spayed or neutered (if twelve weeks).

Local Whiskers is at the New Freedom Farmers' Market the first Saturday of every month from May through October. Come see our adorable kittens at 150 East Main Street, New Freedom, Pennsylvania.

To schedule a Meet and Greet with a cat that your are interested in adopting, please fill out an application and, once approved, you will be contacted by one of our fosters to set up an appointment.
