Meet Rocky! This male Lab/ Shepherd mix. DOB 12/31/2023. This baby is the sweetest pup, and is learning fast. They all are very playful and just need some love and attention. These puppies have the floppy ears, puppy kisses, and wagging tails for their new families. They are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and ready for Fur-ever homes. We are a private run facility supported by public donations. The first step to adopt is to submit an application on richardsonrescue.org. We review them everyday, except for Sunday (Great customer service is our goal). Once your application is approved, you may then call for an appointment.

VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY WITH AN APPROVED APPLICATION.

More about this rescue

Nestled in twelve acres of country and woods is a place for animals that are hardest to help, BIGGER dogs, abused pets and puppy mill dogs. They need more time, more space and more love than many full rescues can provide. Their adoptions sometimes take months, but they get the room and attention that they need to get back on all four feet. The problem.... not many people are willing to give them a chance. We also offer low cost spay and neutering when funding allows.
