Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ahoy, mateys! Prepare to set sail on an adventure with none other than the notorious Captain Dirt Scallywags! This dashing 10-month-old feline buccaneer is ready to plunder your heart and become the first mate of your household.
Captain Dirt Scallywags is a spirited and lively lad, always on the lookout for new treasures to explore and conquer. With boundless energy and a zest for life, he's the perfect companion for any swashbuckling soul seeking excitement and adventure.
But fear not, fellow seafarers, for Captain Dirt Scallywags is not a lone wolf on the high seas. He's a sociable scallywag who gets along famously with other cats, making him an ideal addition to any crew seeking a new shipmate.
Whether he's bounding about the deck, chasing shadows like elusive mermaids, or perched upon his favorite crow's nest (read: cat tree) plotting his next escapade, Captain Dirt Scallywags is guaranteed to keep you entertained with his antics.
So, if you're ready to embark on a grand voyage of companionship and mischief with a furry first mate by your side, look no further than Captain Dirt Scallywags! Set your course for the nearest adoption port and prepare to welcome this charming little pirate into your heart and home. Arrr, matey!
Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.
Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
