Meet Londyn, a courageous canine with a story of resilience. This brave soul was discovered as a stray, bearing the visible scars of a tough past that included a challenging skin infection and indications of being used for breeding. Despite the hardships she faced, Londyn's spirit shines through as she embarks on her journey toward a brighter future.
Currently on the path to recovery, Londyn has faced difficulties with breathing, but with upcoming airway surgery, she is determined to overcome these challenges. Her resilience is truly remarkable, and she continues to show unwavering strength.
While Londyn may initially display some nervousness around new faces, a little patience goes a long way with her. Once she warms up, you'll discover a sweet and affectionate side that is sure to melt your heart. Due to her anxiety, we recommend a home without small children, allowing Londyn the space and tranquility she needs to thrive.
Londyn gets along well with other dogs, showcasing her social nature. However, she does exhibit a tendency to resource guard her toys and food. While this behavior can be managed with proper training, we suggest a home where she can be the sole recipient of attention and love. While Londyn could potentially coexist with another dog, guidance and training will be key to addressing her resource guarding tendencies.
Despite her quirks, Londyn is an incredible companion who has weathered life's storms and now deserves a second chance with a caring family. Your love and support will undoubtedly be repaid tenfold as you witness the transformation of this resilient soul into a cherished member of your household. If you are ready to open your heart to Londyn, you'll be rewarded with the joy of providing her with the loving home she truly deserves. Please inquire today!

More about this rescue
Pug Nation Rescue of Los Angeles is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, care, and placement of abandoned, neglected, unwanted, displaced, and abused pugs. Our goal is to find every homeless pug a forever home; if we cannot do that, we pledge to provide a comfortable and loving place for sick or unwanted pugs to live out their lives. Our Board of five and numerous volunteers are passionate about Pug Rescue and live by our motto of “One Pug at a Time”. We feel that through our efforts we can change many of these forgotten Pug’s lives. In order to find our Pugs a home as soon as possible, we hold at least three adoption fairs a month and also organize a number of fundraising events, including the annual Pugtacular festival and Legendary Bingo at Hamburger Mary’s in West Hollywood. These events and on-line fundraising have provided the money to help pay for vet treatments, medicine and loving care at our Pug Station. We rely on the generosity of our supporters through donations and participation in our fundraising activities. If you would like to make a donation, find out about the next event, become a volunteer, foster, or adopt your own rescue pug, you are in the right place! You can also follow us on Facebook and twitter, there is always something going on and new pugs needing your help.
