My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Neutered, Heart Worm and Lyme Negative, Rabies Vaccinated, Bordetella Vaccinated, Chipped and licensed at the time of adoption!
Introducing Reinger??, the spirited German Shepherd mix, just 10 months young! With a heart as big as his boundless energy, Reinger's playful antics and goofball charm are sure to bring joy to any home ???? . Though he may need a bit of guidance on the leash, his eagerness to please makes him a delightful companion in training. Just one thing - watch out for those chickens! Despite his lovable nature, Reinnger harbors a strong dislike for our feathered friends ??. Ready to embark on adventures with this lovable goofball? His adoption fee is $52.00 that includes microchip, vaccine, 2024 Holmes county license, leash and collar!

More about this shelter

We are a county operated facility and agency. We receive our funding through dog license sales. We are responsible for picking up strays in our county. Many of these strays later go up for adoption and become our responsibility to rehome. We also take owner surrrenders and attempt to rehome them.
