My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meadow is around 18 months old. She was picked up from a dangerous railroad yard in December 2023. She was skinny, her elbows were raw, and she was suffering from hair loss. Meadow is now fully vetted, spayed, microchipped and current on heartworm prevention. After gaining some weight she now weighs 35 pounds, and her hair is healthy and soft. The vet guessed her to be a mix of Border Collie & Golden Retriever. However, having a Siberian Husky for 13+ years we know she also has Husky in her. Meadow gets along very well with other dogs and does not chase our cats. She is crate trained, has learned to sit, and is not food aggressive. She is usually calm in the house but will run like crazy when outside. Meadow will need a home with a large backyard. Being part husky also means she is an escape artist, so a fence is a must. Since Huskies have a strong prey drive, it is important Meadow is not around small animals such as birds, bunnies, guinea pigs, etc.
