Hi, I’m Joey Chandler, a handsome brown tabby with beautiful amber eyes. I may be a bit timid at first, but I’m sure to be a loyal and loving companion once I’m given a little time and space to blossom. My current foster says I’m building courage to interact more and more each day! I’m a cautious connoisseur of belly rubs and head scratches, but I’m not comfortable with being picked up just yet. I like to play with other kitties (including my sister Phoebe) and love the laser pointer. I even had fun watching the African Grey parrot in my former foster home! When I need a little exercise, I like running up and down the stairs and have recently started making cute little chirping sounds occasionally during playtime. My caretakers are confident that I’ll quickly find my groove with love and patience in my new home. I’m a fan of Churus, so having some on hand couldn’t hurt!
Fully vetted: tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted); treated for intestinal parasites, fleas, and ear mites. FVRCP+FeLV vaccinated (initial vaccination and booster); and rabies vaccinated; spayed/neutered; microchipped with rescue paid registration.
