Brett is a dream beagle. He rarely barks. He wants belly rubs, hugs and kisses and will humbly take all he can get. He is one of those “dream beagles”. Great with kids, cats and dogs! He needs a child old enough to hang out with him and not be rough because he is such a gentle sweet soul. This boy has an unknown history but there is evidence he was tied due to a healed neck from an embedded collar. Whatever happened in the past, he has a great future ahead. Brett would be happy with a young couple, settled couple or a family with kids. He is just a well rounded sweet boy!!! His vetting will be completed soon.
Brett is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested positive for heartworms. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event, or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.

If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
