Meet Bonnie, a one-year-old Husky mix found as a stray in Mexico, where she was rescued. She is incredibly sweet, playful, and really enjoys the company of everyone.
Bonnie no longer has a tail, sadly, she lost it due to mistreatment, but her loving nature perseveres, showing her capacity for forgiveness and trust. She is healing well and has bounced back like only a resilient dog can. She is sometimes reserved at first but her warm and affectionate side quickly emerge, she can't help it, it's just the Bonnie Way!
ABOUT BONNIE: - Bonnie is a 1 year old Husky mix, approximately 35 lbs - Bonnie responds well to obedience cues - She is happy to just be with you, she enjoys human company - She adores toys, especially tennis balls, and delights in playing fetch - Bonnie is spayed, house-trained, microchipped, and up to date on core vaccinations.
BONNIE'S IDEAL HOME: - Bonnie would thrive in a calm and patient home environment with understanding owners who can provide her with the time and space she needs to build trust - A securely fenced yard would be ideal for her to exercise and play fetch with her beloved tennis balls. - Bonnie tolerates other dogs but we are recommending her for a home of her own with no other dogs or pets - The energy of young rambunctious children would likely overwhelm her - Regular mental stimulation and daily exercise are essential for Bonnie's well-being.
