Athena is a 100% purebred Siberian Husky with papers. She has gorgeous blue eyes and is all white except for a dot of black on her torso. She will be 3 yo in April 2024.
She is very gentle with small children (under 3 yo). She has never shown any aggression towards humans and doesn't guard her food. However, she does occassionally jump on people so do not recommend her around elderly. She would love a home with other huskies or like sized playful dogs. Athena is curious and trusts anyone. She will try to escape so a secure fence is necessary.
Athena is very sweet, but very strong willed. She is very playful and loves to run and play with other dogs. I do not believe she would do well with cats. Encouraging calm correction works better than stern or loud voices.
She is crate trained but does experience anxiety. She does chew on dog beds, so no soft materials recommended in crate. She loves to chew on her dog bones.
