Meet Toby! He's the cutest little 15 pound Chunk. Toby is a loving, adorable and playful fella who has done so well with other dogs in his foster home. He's great in the house and crate trained.
He adores his people and is very eager to please. He can be shy initially but warms up very quickly! If you are looking for a new best friend, he is your guy!
