Little Makita is as finely wrought as her namesake, power tools made by the renowned Japanese firm. She, too, was found at a local Home Depot store where she was born around June 15 with her siblings-- Hilti, Ryobi, and Stanley.

This beautiful calico kitten is a gem: adventurous, curious, observant, playful and loving. She is respectful of the senior kitties in her foster home, will groom 15-yr-old Archie and snuggle with him, and loves to play with the youngsters. She is eager to snuggle at bedtime, purrs and kneads the fuzzy blanket while sprawled across my chest, and enjoys keeping me company while teleworking. At 9 months, she’s only 6 1/2 lbs, so she’s going to be a small, lean kitty. She has a cute little chirping voice and a bright personality.
