My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Winston is a 7 year old Dark Golden Retriever, papered, neutered. Has fear aggression with dogs his size and larger.

However, small dogs and cats are not a problem for him. He is very affectionate, playful, loves to play with his chuck it balls, and latex toys. Loves to chew on antlers, bare bones, and other tuff chews. Is very good at fetch

Winston loves to go on walks and does not potty or poop when walking ! Only does his business in his backyard :).

Winston also loves water and snow !!! Loves all humans, large and small.

Winston does have a low thyroid, and is on medication for that. Gets bloodwork done twice a year.

I am a widow now. My kids have moved out of the house. I work 45 plus hours per week and no longer have the family or the time to pay attention to him as I (we) have in the past.

Would like to find a good home for him as he loves attention and can be a great asset to a family, either as an only dog or with smaller animals in the household :)
