My name is Pen!

Meet Pen! 

Pen is the cutest little Chihuahua you ever did see. She really wants to love humans, but is so scared. She still not sure, but she’s definitely willing to learn and try with an adopter who is very gentle and takes their time with her. Pen wants you to be in the same room with her so she can see you and be comforted by you, but would love for her people to let her come to them. When she finally realizes that life isn’t so scary she will be the best companion you ever did meet.

She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and current with all vaccines (as appropriate for her age) and on flea and heartworm prevention. Pen is currently being fostered in South Carolina.
