My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Yumi is 6 years old and a super loving Chinese crested. She doesn't shed and is pretty low maintenance. She loves walks and going outside. After our baby, we have not been able to give Yumi the love and care that she needs. We can barely keep up with feeding her and rarely walk her. Our baby is now 19 months and sometimes throws things at Yumi and Yumi does not play nice with her when she does that. Additionally, Yumi can get protective around her food bowl and despite our best efforts of putting Yumi's food and drink bowl away sometimes this becomes a problem during eating time. In summation, Yumi does not get the love that she needs, and we are looking for someone who can give that to her. We would prefer people who have had dogs before and love smaller dogs. While we are uncertain about Yumi's compatibility with other dogs, we are open to exploring this possibility and willing to facilitate a trial period for interested individuals or families.
