His personality emerged from the time he stepped out of that building! Cooper's spirit is infectious, and he's always the life of the party. His curiosity and playful nature make every day an adventure. Cooper's goofy antics will keep you laughing, and his cuddly side will melt your heart. We are a registered 501c3 animal rescue organization in the State of California. We adopt out dogs in Southern California and in the Pacific Northwest, and in some cases we work with rescue partners in specific locations, to help facilitate adoptions.
