Freya is looking for her forever home! Freya was adopted once before but brought back due to unrealistic expectations of her breed. Freya is a husky so once she gets comfortable, she will show you her full personality. In the shelter she has been very shy and keeps to herself. But once she goes home with you, she will open up and be her true goofy self. She has gotten along well with big dogs at the shelter and kids in her previous home. She was reported to be housebroken, too. We do not recommend she go to a home with cats or small dogs. Freya needs a home that understands the energy level of a husky and can give her the stimulation to burn off all that energy!

More about this shelter
The Daviess County Animal Shelter receives thousands of animals annually. Some of them are returned to their owners, some find new homes, but unfortunately some are never placed in a home. This is why it is so important that these animals find new homes.
