My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Noah! Noah is a gorgeous male husky that is here looking for his forever home. As for husky's, the same description I had for the puppies are also true for the adults. I am going to put the requirements here too. If you are looking for a great dog that is active and you are too, she may be the perfect fit for you! Huskies are very active dogs and will require a home that has a fenced yard, or minimally a person that likes to be outdoors to let them get the exercise they need. Huskies are not apartment dogs as they are large and very vocal. They will not be here long, so please get me your application ASAP.

More about this shelter

The Forest County Humane Society is a non-profit, no-kill shelter in the great north woods located in Crandon, Wisconsin. We rescue, rehabilitate and adopt out all breeds of dogs and cats. Every animal is given a thorough examination by a veterinarian before placing them in a loving home and all animals are tested for Lyme disease, heartworm, feline leukemia and other infectious or debilitating diseases. They are vaccinated, de-wormed and spayed or neutered. All animals are lovingly cared for until being placed in their “fur-ever” family. Our website is www.forestcountyhumanesociety.org.
