Desiree is a 20 week old Shar Pei mix and just one of the gentlest pups you will ever meet. She is a goofy, playful girl but really well mannered- knows sit, walks well on the leash and is crate trained!!
She will make any family so happy!!! Loves kids, is playful with cats and proudly walks with the big dogs- she holds her little head so high when she is around them. She is currently in foster with 2 other dogs and absolutely adores them 🥹 She is a snuggly girl and naps with her by your side are just the best.

We do our best to ensure that all of our pets find permanent loving homes.
Our application process is straight forward asking about your current living situation and your experience with animals. You will also need to supply two personal references plus a vet reference.
A Meet-n-Greet with potential adopters with family and any other animals living in the house.
A home Check is completed with the adoptable animal.

Rags to Riches Rescue is a nonprofit 501c3 foster based, all-breed, no kill animal rescue based in Delaware County PA. We are made up of volunteers and foster homes that care for and socialize our animals. Most of our animals come from deplorable conditions or neglect and need medical attention and lots of love. Our volunteers show them a life they never knew. A life of love, happiness and treats.
