My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hobie was adopted from Rowan County Animal Control when he was 15 weeks on 10/10/2023. For years we didn't have a family dog but decided to bring our first dog home permanently for our family of 7. After months of having him my wife and I have come into agreement that it is best to rehome Hobie. I am the only one working a full-time job, my wife will have surgery soon, and time commitment with five children makes keeping Hobie unwise. Hobie is very active and desires attention. If you have children he would be great playing with them as long as you intentionally keep him involved because Hobie doesn't like not being involved. Hobie is kept inside the house and is home trained but you have to stay on him at times if children are around as he is still learning he can't cross boundaries when kids are around. Without our children around, he has no problems with our home boundaries. He has a wellness plan at Banfield Pet Hospital. I will miss him but I have to make an unemotional decision.
