My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Your new best friend has arrived!!! My name is Benji and I am a 2 year old Bloodhound/German Shepherd mix. I was an owner surrender to a shelter in Indiana due to my family was not able to have me any more. I love to go on walks and play. I am very curious and want to play with the other dogs at my rescue. I like to snuggle too. I am very goofy when I want to be! I am up to date on all my shots and neutered. I can't wait to meet you!

More about this rescue

We are a 501c3 non profit dog rescue out of West Milton Ohio. We pride our selves on rescuing and re homing as many dogs as we possibly can while keeping our entire focus on the well being of the dogs. Two things that make us different are we do not allow Spay/Neuter until our dogs are 6 months of age. We also have a dog behaviorist working with us. We will not adopt a dog out who is not behaviorally prepared for his forever home. This does not include obedience based behavior. Rather temperament and social training. Please reach out to us with any questions or interests!
