Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Thanks to caring people who recognized that Chief was being neglected by his owner, they stepped up for him so that he could have a better life. And Chief deserves it. Said to be relegated to living outside and very underweight, the neighbors took to feeding Chief when they could. Now at a decent weight and a fluffy multi-colored coat, Chief enjoys his walks around the shelter property and seems to be right at home. Surprisingly good on leash, you need to make sure you are out of the way once he does his business, because Chief wants everyone to know he was there and his powerful back legs get to spreading “his news” all around! It may take a few days for him to get completely comfortable, but he is well on his way to ingratiating himself to everyone he meets.
