Hi there. My name is Chopper. I am about a year old and a fairly mellow kind of guy. I arrived at the shelter in TN as a stray and was never really given much reason to trust. But now that I am in a foster home I am making great progress. My foster mom says I am VERY BRIGHT and also very handsome.
