Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zeus is a big confident kitty full of affection for his people. He has a handsome orange tabby fur coat and beautiful pale green eyes. This kitty likes to be petted and to hang out where things are going on. He weighs about 14 pounds so if you're looking for a big guy - consider Zeus!

We are in a rural location and cover a large area with small communities far apart. We tailor our adoption process to fit the needs of each adoption, whether it be a home visit or other specific situation. Adoptions are allowed to proceed only after careful checking of the situation for each animal.

Rescued Animals In Need is a no kill organization whose main focus is rescuing lost, abandoned, abused, neglected or unwanted animals and helping them find their forever homes. We work hard to reduce the number of unwanted dogs and cats by providing education and financial assistance (when available) for spay/neuter programs to help prevent unwanted and uncontrolled pregnancies for animals in our communities. Including a program for the voiceless and often ignored feral cats. We have full non-profit 501(c)3 status with the State of California.
