My name is Maverick!

Maverick has had a ruff life.
Sadly, he was on the street/woods for well over 2 months. After being chased, yelled at and who knows what, he found a place that was safe for him. Food was available next to this safe place with a section 8housing.
He was timid of people but not aggressive.
Took almost 2 weeks to catch him. Once safe in a home, Maverick started to blossom and become an amazing dog.
Believe to be about a yr old.
Good with other dogs - in a home with other Belgians and a chihuahua.
He does play to rough with the smaller.
Will chase a cat if they run
Has been around kids at the housing complex, not with me.
House and crate trained.
Started basic training

He does bark at sounds that he doesn’t understand

Must Be willing to continue training
Must be willing and understanding that he needs time to adjust to the new environment
Must have working dog experience
He is not aggressive- but does need reassurance at times
