Hi my name is Samus, I am a reserved quiet lady that loves belly rubs and ear scratches but also likes my own space. I have had a bit of an adventure over the last year where I found myself having to fend for myself and keep myself warm. When I came into care I was a little thin and my left ear had been frostbitten but all is good now and I am all healed up. The veterinarian gave me a check up and said I looked good for a 4 year old, wow mister you are never supposed to reveal a girl's age!. My foster mom got me some yummy canned food, which by the way l love and she tells me I am just the perfect weight now and I am beautiful, like I didn't know. My foster mom also says I am a true lady in that I always use my litter box, and never complain. With that said I have to be honest I am still learning to trust so not much of a cuddler, I don't mind if you come over to me and give me a pat but I am not big on initiating affection. I have not met small children in my foster home but my foster mom thinks it may not be the best fit for me cause I really do need my own space. I have also not met another cat yet so I am not sure how I feel about cohabitation with other furry beings. Anyways if you have a quiet home and little bit of patience I might just be the perfect companion.
