This energetic girl is full of life and energy. She’s dog friendly. She doesn’t like being in her kennel all day. So she loves when people stop by, she will woo you over with her pretty blue eyes. She is playful like a puppy and will need some basic training and a patient person that understands puppy-like behavior. She is a really sweet girl that wants to please you, but she’s not sure how. We host adoption events on the 2nd Saturdays of the month at PetSmart in Rowlett from 12pm - 3pm. Petsmart is located at 5709 Liberty Grove Rd Rowlett, TX 75089.

FRAs wishes to promote pet-friendly environments, services, and activities in Rowlett and surrounding communities.

Friends of Rowlett Animals (FRAs) is an all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) Texas organization founded in 2004. FRAs is working to improve communication between the City of Rowlett Animal Services and the community. By partnering with our local animal shelters, networking with animal rescue groups, utilizing community resources and social media, as well as conducting off site adoption events and fund raisers, we are able to help increase animal adoptions.
