Gentle Jasper is a super sweet boy, best-dressed in the densest, softest suit of deep blue velvet. In his handsome attire he likes to watch the other foster kittens frolicking before hopping into the fun and takes a little extra time to assess new situations. Once he feels safe and secure he will want to sit next to you to be quietly petted and loved on. He has gotten along well with other kittens, cats, and older children, but loud noises can startle him so a home with no young children would probably be best. He’s as endearing as he is adorable and sure to be a cherished gem in a great forever family as sweet as he is. Could Jasper be your new joy?

All cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, treated for fleas and ear mites, tested for FELV/FIV and microchipped. You must fill out an adoption application and talk directly with one of our adoption coordinators. An adoption contract must be signed at time of adoption.

Our Petco adoption center is open open daily 10am-5pm and Wednesday 10am-6pm.

The Cat House on the Kings is California's largest no-cage, no-kill, lifetime cat sanctuary and adoption center located on 12 acres along the Kings River in Parlier, California, which is in the central San Joaquin Valley, southeast of Fresno.

At The Cat House, our mission is to:
1) provide a no-cage, no-kill sanctuary for feral and abandoned cats and kittens for the State of California, primarily serving the Central Valley;
2) facilitate the adoption of cats (primarily), dogs and other rescued animals into safe, loving, healthy and permanent homes;
3) educate the public on how to become directly involved in improving the quality of animal welfare;
4) offer low cost spay and neuter referrals.
