Name: Ajax
Breed: Boxador (We think we’ve had him DNA testing and are awaiting results)
Age: 2 ish
Vaccines: Bordatella/DA2PP/Rabies, He is on Simperica heartworm preventative
Neutered: YES
Chip: YES
Temperament: Energetic and playful, very sweet
Enjoys: Running, playing with other dogs and fetching toys
Potty trained?: YES
Coat: Short, Black and very soft
Eyes: Dark Brown/Blackish
Get along with dogs? Yes
Good with cats? Unknown
Good with kids? Yes
How long have you had the pet for? Since August
Reason for rehoming? Ajax was found in an area notorious for dog dumping. He was found with a Husky who had been spotted in the area and suffering due to the heat. We helped catch the Husky and found his owners, but Ajax’s family was never found. We already have 3 dogs and have been fostering Ajax until we can find him his forever home. When found he seemed to have been neglected and didn’t really understand how to play with toys, other dogs or how to be in a home, we have worked with him to teach him how to be a pet and he is starting his Canine Good Citizenship training courses in April.
