My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The sweetest boy!

Meet Kenji, a handsome 4-year-old Pointer mix with a heart as big as his playful spirit. Kenji is eagerly awaiting his forever home, where he can shower his new family with love and affection. Kenji`s previous owner surrendered him because they were moving and couldn’t take him along.

One of Kenji`s favorite things in the world is receiving pets and treats. He`s a social butterfly who approaches the front of his kennel with excitement whenever someone walks by. Despite his size, Kenji is a gentle giant who is great with adults, kids, and even cats. He`s obedient and calm, knowing commands like sit and come here. His love for play knows no bounds, especially when it comes to chasing after his beloved ball.

If you`re looking for a loyal companion who adores playtime, cuddles, and spreading joy wherever he goes, Kenji is the perfect match for you. If Kenji sounds like he might be a good fit for you, please fill out a pre-adoption application at www.humanebroward.com and come to the shelter to meet him. The shelter is located at 2070 Griffin Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL and opens daily at 11 a.m. If you have any questions, please call 954-989-3977 ext. 6
