BRISTOL IS IN FOSTER CARE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS, WE SHIP OUR DOGS TO THE NORTH EAST WITH MIGHTY MUTT SHIPPING.

IF INTERESTED THERE IS AN APPLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE

https://www.houstonshaggydogrescue.org/apply/

Bristol is approx 2 yrs and 36 lbs , we have no idea of his breed mix but he is a beautiful dog, just a Heinz 57, maybe some poodle/terrier/wheaten mix

Both his foster,Susan and i feel that he would be happiest as an only dog or with one older or laid back companion, he does not really want to interact with other dogs and does not like pushy dogs or ones that get in his face or try to take his food or treats

he is very much a people dog and will never be far away from where you are, he likes to sit at Susan’s feet and is her shadow

he is very quiet and well behaved , walks well on a leash, house trained, hops right up in the back of the car and likes to see where he’s going .. he likes to squirrel watch and will sit outside waiting for them to appear on the backyard fence and his foster says he loves to chase her cats !! not in a mean way he just wants to play

he is a really sweet boy, he does need a fully fenced in and secure yard as he loves to sit out on the patio and watch the squirrels and other dogs

he has just completed his 2 rounds of heartworm shots and will be ready for a new home in April
