Lisa Frank is a calm, lower energy dog. A timid, but sweet girl. Although she is shy at first, after a few minutes, she will come say "hi" once she trusts you. When she's comfortable with you, she thinks she is a lap dog. She loves to come up for cuddles with her friends. She is the perfect dog for someone that wants a companion that's already calm and potty-trained. We think she is 2-3 years old. Her head is shaped like a black lab, and her size and spots on her chest and feet look like a heeler. Come meet her!

The major objectives of animal services are to protect the public from diseases (such as rabies) that can be transmitted from animals to humans, to reduce the number of traffic emergencies caused by uncontrolled animals, to abate nuisances and annoyance to citizens caused by animals, to reunite pets with owners, to promote the adoption of unwanted or stray animals housed at the city’s animal shelter and to operate the city’s animal shelter in a humane and sanitary manner.
