My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Penelope is a beautiful 4 yr old gray spayed female cat that is shy here in the shelter but very friendly in a home situation. She would be best in a quieter home. She has not lived with dogs but should be ok with a dog friendly dog. She loves people and is ok with other cats here. She is going to be inside only as she has no outside experience. Please call 802-892-5300 for more information or fill out the online application at www.riversideanimalrescue.org

More about this rescue

Riverside Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit organization which is dedicated to placing homeless or unwanted pets into loving, forever homes. We were formed in 2003 because of the overwhelming number of homeless pets in our area. Since then we have adopted out hundreds of dogs/puppies and ats/kittens, along with several other small critters. We are a no kill shelter so everyone gets a chance for a forever home. Our shelter is financed solely by donations, we are not government funded, and we are staffed by volunteers.
