My name is Smokey!

Smokey has been in my care for a year now. I took him in from a friend who was unable to care for him. He wasn't meant to be a permanent arrangement but he was too lovable for me to rehome without finding the perfect fit. He is almost two years old.

I am looking for a home with plenty of space for him since he is high energy and also deserves a big fenced-in backyard. I would love for him to have other dogs that can become his brothers or sisters. He does get very excited and doesn't know his own size and strength at times, so he sometimes plays rough. I want a home that has time for him and where he won't be in a crate or by himself for the majority of his days and gets adequate daily exercise. I want his next home to be his forever home, so my biggest concern is stability and adequate time/love for him.

He is a sweetheart and just needs someone who understands his needs and you will have a new best friend.
