My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Draco!! He is a 3 month old, 35 pound golden / dane mix with the biggest heart. He is super cuddly and sweet with an energetic spirit! He’s mastered sit and is working on more. He loves his treats and is very food motivated.

He sleeps well in his crate at night but still learning to love it during the day. He hasn’t been around kids but loves playing with his foster brother. After a play session with him he does well with a cool down in his crate.

Draco is still working on his puppy nibbles but is great on a redirect with a toy - chew toys are his favorite! He’s super smart and catches on quick!

Cold Nose Warm Heart Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned dogs and cats from high-kill shelters. Through our network of committed volunteers and foster homes we are able to rescue, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well matched, thoroughly screened forever homes. We also provide our adopters and the community with information on responsible pet ownership, including spay-neuter, training and good nutrition.
