Meet Emmett, your potential new best friend, and let me tell you, he’s a catch! Picture this: a happy-go-lucky fella, sweet as pie and ready to bring endless joy into your life.
First things first, he is a social butterfly when it comes to other dogs, and with a little patience, he can cozy up to those tricky cats too. But hey, can’t blame him for wanting to chase a few birds? He’s a born bird dog, after all – it’s practically in his DNA!
Now, let’s talk about his manners. Sure, he is still a young pup, but he is already a pro at the important stuff. Housetrained, crate trained, and riding shotgun in the car like a champ. And while he might need a bit of help with those basic commands like sit and stay, He’s got fantastic recall. You call, and he will come bounding back to you in a flash!
Oh, and about those kids? Well, he hasn’t had much exposure to them, but we are sure he will charm the socks off any little humans aged 6 and up. With him by their side, they’ll have a loyal companion for all their adventures.
So what do you say? Ready to add a bundle of joy, energy, and love to your life? Pick Emmett, and embark on a great adventure together!
Our adoption process begins with our adoption questionnaire: https://norcalgsprescue.org/adoption-questionnaire/
(Please note that we adopt primarily within Northern California, and our minimum age for kids is 6)
If you'd like to see what Emmett's been up to, check out his posting in the Available Foster Dogs section: https://norcalgsprescue.org/available-dogs/. That's where you'll find all the latest info about all of our available dogs.
