My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Filly. This 1 year old is a talkative, playful, and bossy girl with a charming half length tail. She was found abandoned in Greenfield already spayed but covered in ticks! She is so thankful to be back inside.

This chatty little girl has a lot of energy and personality. Filly keeps whole little meowing conversations going and can be quite bossy. She loves pets and being held and chasing after a ribbon teaser. Filly does have trouble with the concept of communicating "yellow light and will hiss when mildly displeased, so she may not be a good fit for a family with small children. But after hissing she usually turns right back around for more pets. Filly would prefer to be the only cat in a home, but does alright with dogs given proper introductions.

Filly is 1 year old, spayed, vaccinated, flea treated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested FIV/FeLV negative. She is available at the Waterfront (Homestead) Petco Adoption Center.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Adopting a cat is a big responsibility and commitment, but it's also one of the biggest acts you can ever do for an animal in need.

Each and every cat in our care has their own story and background. They are all fully vetted, fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative (unless otherwise specified). Because of this, our adoption fee is $95 for one cat over 1-year-old or $155 for 2 and $110 for one cat under 1-year-old or $195 for 2.

Our approval process includes a vet reference (personal reference if you've not had a vet in the last 5 years), virtual home tour, and landlord approval should you be a renter.

The completion of an application does not guarantee approval for adoption.
