My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Buckner and I am available for adoption.

I was brought in by a good Samaritan on March 16th, 2024.

Here`s a cool fact about my name: I am named after Buckner Mountain right here in Washington!! Buckner Mountain`s top is made up of the `Boston Glacier`, the `Sahale Arm` and the `Horseshoe Basin.` Buckner Mountain just a bit TOO much for a doggo like me, but if you find a nice large field and throw me a ball, i`ll just keep running!

I weigh 67 lbs and am considered a `large breed` dog.

I`m the kind of dog that appreciates people more than I do toys most of the time. I just want to lay down and cuddle up with you during movie night. You with a bowl of popcorn, and me with my ball.

I`m a Greyhound mix. Our breed is full of energy and is meant to just run, run and run. Though I`m` all for just laying down I do need to get my energy out too! I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy.

I am a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality! I am still working on my manners, so I would do best with a family who is willing to work with me and help me become the best dog I can be!
