If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Everyone meet SusieQ, an adorable, friendly, and playful 7 year old terrier mix! Don't let her age fool you, this lady still has plenty of energy and love to give! She enjoys exercising in her yard, going on long walks, and cuddling with her family. She does great with children of all ages and would be suited for a home where she is the only dog (as she LOVES attention). SusieQ weighs 35 pounds and is house trained. Working on training her out of the bed at night.
During COVID she developed anxiety around other dogs. I board her at the Petsmart in Cotswold because they have individual playtime for dogs like her. Other boarding places, the dogs are outside together all day and she struggles in that environment. Because of this anxiety, I would not let her off leash in a public dog park.
Rehoming because I am recently separated and cannot care for her as needed. I allowed her to sleep in the bed these last few months so this needs to be trained out of her, unless you like it.
