My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Susy comes with us from Venezuela, we have lived in NJ for 6 years and she is 12 years old, she has been with us since she was 1 month old. It is painful for us to give her up for adoption because she is part of our family, but now we have a child with special conditions who requires a lot of attention and medical visits and special activities. so we have had to leave Susy alone for a long time. Susy began to suffer from separation anxiety, she was medicated for her anxiety but the medications were withdrawn due to side effects. She cannot be alone, because she hurts herself, biting her lips and barks so much that her trachea is irritated. We have found a lot of bloody saliva. We try to take her with us and one of the 2 of her stays in her car with her while our son is cared for, but it is very stressful and overwhelming, it is neither life for us nor for her. We have made the decision for her sake to find her a home where she is well cared for and given all the time she needs
