If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Rhino is a very sweet boy but tends to get upset when he’s left alone for a long time. Both my husband and I have very long work days and dont feel like we can give him the attention he deserves. He is iffy around other dogs so we just avoid them, he’s amazing with people and children. Behaviorally he is great but does have separation anxiety so he would be perfect for someone looking for a companion throughout the day. We would love to see him get settled into somewhere he can run (he loves that). This is absolutely devastating for us so we want to ensure whoever is able to take him can truly care for him long term. He’s an old man but full of spunk and energy and needs a loving home.
