Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This adorable 5-month-old, 22lb. female Border Collie mix is a bundle of endless enthusiasm and affection and her name is Shiraz! Shiraz is the epitome of puppy perfection – she thrives on attention and loves nothing more than snuggling up for some quality cuddle time. She as an eagerness to learn so we think she’d get the hang of potty-training and basic commands down quickly with consistency. Shiraz has loved everyone she has met - whether it's children, adults, or other furry companions, she has a heart big enough to love them all. Come meet Shiraz let your home be filled with puppy kisses!
Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs.
Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
