My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sweet Pea, a charming adult cat with a personality as delightful as his name. He's a gentle soul who loves to express his feelings through soft meows and purrs. Sweet Pea can be a bit shy at first, but once he warms up to you, he's all about the cuddles and can't resist a good lap to snuggle into. His sweet nature and friendly demeanor make him a joy to be around. He's very affectionate and thrives on attention, often seeking out human companionship. Sweet Pea is the perfect cat for anyone seeking a loving, vocal, and gentle feline friend. His tender spirit and love for cuddles make him the perfect companion. Adopt Sweet Pea and fill your home with his gentle purrs and sweet love.

More about this rescue

We are dog and cat lovers who want to help decrease the number of healthy pets being euthanized. We do this through adopting pets to caring homes and by spaying and neutering every pet before it is adopted out. We operate a Thrift store named Critters, which is volunteer run with all money brought goes to support our "No Kill" rescue. Critters is located on the same property as our shelter. We take in homeless animals because they are in need and are unable to help themselves.
