Meet Evie, one of our newest residents at the Mikey & Me Kennels for Happy Days Rescue. We are unsure of Evie’s breed but the shelter suggested she could be part Whippet.
Evie is about 7 months old and she is a very sweet girl. She loves meeting other dogs and I’ve been told she is potty and crate trained. Evie is very affectionate, she walks well on a leash, and she entertains herself with balls, sticks, and frisbees. She has plenty of personality and love to give but will need to be supervised so she learns to chew on her toys and not other things.
Evie has had her initial vaccinations and she has a Vet appt. on Friday for booster shots and to discuss her spay surgery timeline. She will need her first heart worm test at one year of age.
If you would like to meet Evie, please submit an adoption application under her name at happydaysdogandcatrescue.org .
